2 Hass Avocado, ripen, medium diced
1 tablespoon Lime Zest
1.5 teaspoon Basil, minced
1/2 Jalapeno, seeded small diced
1 Tomato, seeded, small diced
1/2 Red Onions, small diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 bunch Cilantro leaves only, washed, minced
2 cloves Garlic, minced or 1/8 teaspoon Powdered Garlic
1/4 teaspoon, Cumin
1/4 teaspoon, Coriander
1.5 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Cut avocado in half, remove the seed. Use a spoon to remove the avocado from the skin and diced.
2. Add all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl and mix well. Use a fork to slightly mash the avocado.
3. Add olive oil and mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
Served with sweet potato tortilla chips or any chips of your choice 🙂
